Heritage Square Museum
On Thursday, August 26, we will play an outdoor concert at the Heritage Square Museum in northeast Los Angeles, from 6:30pm to 8pm, near Mt Washington and Highland Park. The address is 3800 Homer Street, just east of the Pasadena Freeway at the Avenue 43 exit. Gates open at 4pm. Blue Metro, a jazz and blues quartet from Eagle Rock, will play from 5pm to 6pm, and our band plays from 6:30pm to 8pm. Call 323-225-2700. Dancing. Free.
Olivas Adobe in Ventura
On Saturday, August 28, join us for "Music Under the Stars" -- concert, dinner, drinks and dancing -- at the historic Olivas Adobe in Ventura. Doors open at 6:30pm, and the band performs from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. The address is 4200 Olivas Park Dr, Ventura CA 93003. Call 805-658-4728 for ticket purchase and information. The ticket price (without dinner) is $18 per person. A hot dinner is available for $13.50, but you must order your meals in advance -- call Buena Ventura Catering at 805-650-7559 by noon on Friday, August 27. Or, feel free to bring your own picnic dinner and a cooler of beverages. Theater-style seating is available as part of the ticket price, or for $10, you can reserve a table for four. Fiesta La Ballona
On Sunday, August 29, we will be returning to Fiesta La Ballona in Culver City, from approx. 1:30pm to 2:30pm, with our 10-piece band. The location is Veteran's Park, 4117 Overland Ave. Pony rides, petting zoo, carnival rides for the family. Also playing on Sunday are Lisa Haley and the Zydekats. Festival runs Friday, August 27, through Sunday, August 29. There's a big dance floor. Free.

LACMA -- Los Angeles County Museum of Art
On Saturday, September 4, we will be at LACMA, the LA County Museum of Art, in Los Angeles, from 5pm to 7pm, as the closing act of their Latin Sounds summer dance series. Hispanic Heritage Celebration at the Rancho Cucamonga Library
On Friday, September 17, we will be play the Rancho Cucamonga Library from 7pm to 9pm to celebrate Hispanic Heritage month. The location is Paul A. Steamers Jazz Club and Cafe
On Friday, September 24, we return to the wonderful jazz nightclub Steamers Jazz Club and Cafe in Fullerton, from 8:30pm to 12:30am. The address is 138 W Commonwealth, Fullerton. We will play great Latin jazz with our six-piece band. Join us for dinner at Southern California's best jazz listening room. Reservations are recommended for the best seats.
