The location is Wilmington Waterfront Park, Port of LA, 704 West C St, Wilmington CA 90744. Festival runs from 12 noon to 10pm. Food booths, lots of activities for the whole family, plenty of entertainment all day long. Bring your dancing shoes! Free.
